This house, next to Kristina´s house, was built in 2001 with an interior area of 60 m2 and verandas on three sides, one of them facing the sea. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a writing desk and a hammock. The main room contains a double sofa bed, a TV,  two hammocks, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped for up to 8 persons. There is a full bathroom and a wardrobe with towels and sheets.
There is a paved road  and a protected car park beside the house.

Price/night: R$ 120 up to max 6 people + R$ 5 for each additional person. Max 10 people.
Price/week: R$ 720 up to max 6 people. Price/month: R$ 2400 up to max 6 persons.
