This house, that is situated on a large yard one kilometer away from Kristina´s house, has around 50 m2 with a veranda facing the sea and two covered areas. There is a bedroom with one double bed and place for one hammock, one big air-mattress (with pump), and a small living room with one single bed and place for another hammock, a kitchen with a small stove and a refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower. There are sheets, towels and hammocks.
There is a paved road  and a protected car park beside the house.
The family, who takes care of the house, lives nearby right at the entrance to the yard.
